Our Mission

How it all began

Back in the 70's Jim Beggins brought the Century 21 Brand to Florida. Jim, would go on to open over 400 offices across the state before selling it back to Century 21 corporate. Coming full circle, his oldest son Craig, took over a small single office brokerage. Over the next 25 years, and with the help of Jim and his brother jeff, they would open 9 more offices. That brings us to today. With over 400 agents and 30K+ transactions, C21 Beggins has become the largest Century 21 in the Southeast and one of the largest in the world.

Over 30k transcatons, $12 Billion + in sales, and over 400 agents, all add up to say, we are really good at what we do, and we are here to help our clients. Our agents truly are the best.
