Remine is a data based platform that curates homeowner data from the MLS and several other public sources and puts all of that data together in one spot. As a user you can search a specific address, street, neighborhood, area, zip code etc. You can then dive deep into who the homeowners are, how much equity they have, demographic detail, contact information, etc. It even tracks the consumers behavior and ranks the homeowners likelihood of selling their home. It is  a must use tool to gain a deeper understanding of your targeted area.

We help them identify a niche that makes sense for them based on their personality and skill set.  As a new agent, we train daily and weekly to help you get your business off the ground. In start up culture, this is the incubator phase.  Once we establish your business and get you comfortable with your production, we will help you scale to the next level. . 

Accelerator- Experienced Agents

As an experienced agent, it can also be overwhelming. However, for different reasons. When you get to the level of doing 1 deal a month consistently, scaling can be tricky. The jump from one deal a month, to two deals, is a bigger jump than many realize. You need to start taking a hard look at your support structure. Who's handling the lead gen? Who is handling the contracts/paperwork? Who does the MLS entry? Who is ensuring compliance? How are your leads being followed up with? Are you working your past clients like you should? This is just the tip of the iceberg. We work daily and weekly with our experienced agents to help them identify where they need the support and to help accelerate their business.

FSBO's are one of the best lanes to go after as an agent because these are literally folks
who are telling you they want to sell their home. However, how you approach them and the value to bring
is the difference between you getting lumped in with every other agent versus the one that they hire.

RealSure will make a homeowner a guaranteed offer for their home. They then require that the homeowner list their home on the open market with you for at least 45 days. Open Houses

Open Houses are a great way to get your business kicked off, especially as a newer agent. All of our offices
have opportunities for you to hold open houses for other agents. Below we walk you through the process:

How Do I Sign Up?

Each office has an open house sign up sheet via google docs. If you want to hold open houses on other agents listings, simply as your manager for the list. Then you can sign up and begin holding them.

How Do I Market Them?

The key to a successful open house is planning. You to need to have a marketing plan. You also need to have a plan on what you can do between folks showing up. This way, even if no one shows, you have accomplished something. Watch the video below for help on marketing it.

How Do I Follow Up?

Have a sign up sheet ready. Preferably a digital one. Cognitoforms.com is a free form provider where you can make a form very easily. They can register digitally. You can then add all of them to your CRM. You can now follow up and even add them to a drip campaign in Business Builder.
